LRES Corporation, a real estate appraisal, valuations, HOA, commercial trustee services and asset management company, hire Molly Skipper as the national director of commercial valuation strategy. In her new role, Skipper will oversee commercial product and service offerings for the company. She will also be tasked with developing a growth strategy for LRES’ expanding commercial division, according to a press release.
“The product lineup offers real value to our customers, and I am looking forward to helping further refine and develop that platform. I am confident in the firm’s ability to enrich existing operations, and achieve our short and long-term goals,” said Skipper.

Skipper has more than seven years of experience in the commercial appraisal industry. She has also held roles in industries in client relations, marketing and business operations.
